Packing

It has the characteristics of uniform water redistribution, good hydrophilicity, low wind resistance and high heat dissipation coefficient. Modified PVC filler has good flame retardant, long service life, working temperature below 60℃, modified polypropylene filler can cool the cooling water below 80℃, and aluminum filler or glass fiber reinforced plastic filler is required for high temperature water above 85℃. Fan

Fan is an important part of the cooling tower, the cooling tower produced by our factory is equipped with large diameter, wide blade low speed, large air volume of aluminum alloy fan, uniform wind speed, low noise, compared with the domestic product of the same type of power consumption of 10%~20%.

Motor and reducer

Outdoor vertical motor is used for cooling tower, and the cooling tower fan below type 150 is directly connected with the motor. More than 200 type cooling tower is driven by gearbox, which has the characteristics of smooth operation, long service life, convenient maintenance and management, reasonable motor power matching, and significant power saving compared with the same cooling water of other types of cooling towers.

Water distributor

The cooling tower is equipped with a rotary water distributor, which uses the recoillation of water to automatically rotate the water distribution. The following 150 models are composed of phosphor bronze inner core and nylon water distributor shell. More than 200 type water distributor, aluminum alloy, internal bearing, so flexible rotation, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, reliable use, water supply pressure is very low, conducive to energy saving. Nozzle

Cooling tower commonly used splashing device, through the nozzle can be into a stream of water into small water droplets, as far as possible evenly sprayed onto the filler, nozzle spraying directly affects the efficiency of the cooling tower, energy consumption and investment. Therefore, measuring the performance of a nozzle by experimental method is very important for the optimal design of the nozzle and the design of the whole cooling tower.

Water separator

Cooling tower water separator is set in the cooling tower, used to remove the collection of the tower air entrain the floating drop device, widely used in spray, fog and other environmental purification tower, to remove water, prevent the rapid outflow of untreated clean waste gas, enhance the purification treatment effect.

 

The cooling tower is provided with water distribution, splashing and spraying filler devices. The hot circulating water is evenly spread in the spray filler, and the water is cooled by contact with the cold air. In this process, a large number of small water droplets are produced inside the tower, some of which are carried by the rising steam flow to escape the tower, called "floating drops". "Floating drop" can pollute nearby facilities, cause electrical flashover accidents, can make the road near the water tower ice in winter, affecting traffic safety. In order to ensure the safe production of the factory and reduce the pollution to the environment, the water separator should be installed in the cooling tower.
