Square Type Cross Flow Cooling Tower
CF Series Square cross-flow cooling towers are mechanical equipment used in industrial circulating water systems adopts a design with air intake from both sides. An axial flow fan is installed at the top to drive the air to flow through the packing inside the tower. The hot and humid air is then discharged outside the tower after heat exchange.
The packing material adopts bidirectional point wave plates (with protrusions on both sides) and is bonded into a whole through installation heads, or a PVC honeycomb structure to enhance rigidity and water film formation capacity. Water collection measures are provided at the tail of the packing material.
The main structure includes a hot-dip galvanized steel frame, fiberglass reinforced plastic panels and a fan. According to the on-site conditions and customer requirements, single equipment assembly or multiple combined equipment installation can be flexibly selected. It is equipped with a closed-loop circulating water tank and anti-freezing louvers, making it suitable for extremely cold regions has effectively solved the problem of blinds freezing in winter.
