Product Introduction
The cooling tower coil (mainly the core heat exchange component of closed cooling towers, and additional coils will be installed in composite towers) is a sealed piping assembly that carries the cooled medium and conducts heat exchange through the pipe wall with the sprayed water and air. Its performance directly determines the cooling efficiency, equipment lifespan, and operating costs.
The heat medium (water / ethylene glycol / oil) circulates within the coil; the external circulation spray water evenly covers the outside of the pipe to form a thin water film. The fan drives the air to pass over, and the evaporation and convection of the water film jointly remove the heat from the pipe; the cooled medium flows back to the heat source, and the spray water falls into the collection tank for recycling (some evaporation loss requires replenishment of water).
