Product use
SD-502 is a versatile, multi-component, oil-based defoamer and foam suppressant that can be used to control foam formation in industrial wastewater and detergent systems. It is used in wastewater treatment in oil refineries, chemical plants, power plants, paper mills and other industries. It can also be used in biochemical wastewater treatment systems. Other systems that have foam problems, such as circulating cooling systems, SD502, are very malleable and can quickly spread on the surface of the water to eliminate foam.

Agent Usage and dosage
SD-502 has excellent anti-bubble and anti-bubble properties. According to different use systems, choose the appropriate amount of defoamer can effectively prevent and eliminate foam, the recommended addition amount is 5-500ppm, the best addition amount is determined by the customer according to the specific situation of the test.
SD-502 defoamer can be used directly or diluted. The method of direct dilution with water may cause stratified demulsification and other phenomena. The Company shall not be liable for the consequences of direct dilution with water or other improper use of the product.
Packaging and storage
SD-502 packed in plastic drum, 25kg per barrel or according to user requirements; Store in a cool place indoors for 12 months.
Safety protection
1, This product is a light corrosive chemical, for safety reasons, the use of this product, should be rubber gloves, rubber apron or impermeable raincoat, rubber shoes.
2, Contact eyes and skin, please wash immediately with soap and water for 15 minutes, after which if there is still irritation need medical treatment.
