The VC25 splash fill (PP deck fill) has been specially designed for the medium to strongly polluted cooling water, the focus of
the development being on a high stability  and easy & economical installation. The VC25 grid packings are high performance fills which provide the  optimized pressure drop. VC25 clog-resistant splash fill is constructed of polypropylene sheets which is mechanically assembled without the use of adhesives to form blocks of cooling media. The surface microstructure facilitates air/water mixing and increases the surface cooling area. The offset vertical channels provide directional changes in air and water flow to increase cooling and promote thermal efficiency while substantially reducing the occurrence of fouling. This cooling tower fill is ideal for counterflow applications with very dirty water and can accomodate hot water temperatures up to 75° C (167° F).

 

PP Trickle Fill For Nuclear Power Plant is made by PP material. It belongs to high-performance trickle fills. High-performance trickle fill assembly no need glue, just use the specailly design plug without any tools to assemble into fill blocks. This trikle fill is used only where it really makes sense - not a water-scarce areas - also a water film which flows around both sides - combined with droplet cleansing and thus the highest cooling interface.


High thermal performance (through water film formation) at the lowest pressure loss (less than vertical offset channel).The material thickness of 1.8 mm is thicker than fill inserts.


Particular attention should been paid to environmental compatibility (solvent-free), simple and fast assemble processing by means of assembly technology. In addition, every local fire protection requirement is strictly adhered to.


Because of the open vertical-offset grid structure with a free volume of > 97%, these PP trickle fill installations are particularly suitable for contaminated as well as highly polluted flowing water quality.


Areas of application: cooling towers, agricultural and exhaust air applications.
