Closed Loop Cooling Tower

The refrigerant gas discharges from the compressor into the inlet connection of the SMWA closed circuit cooling towers. Heat from the refrigerant dissipates through the coil tubes to the water cascading downward over the tubes. Simultaneously, the air is forced in through the centrifugal fans at the base of the cooling towers and travels upward through the coils, opposite the water flow. A small portion of the water evaporates, removing heat from the system; the saturated hot air is discharged to atmosphere. Cooler water drains to the water basin at the bottom of the cooling tower where it is recirculated by the pump up through the water distribution system and back down over the coils. The vertical air discharge of the SMWA design and the distance between the discharge air and the fan intake reduce the chance of air recirculation since the warm humid air is directed up and away from the cooling towers.

Cooling Tower Drift Eliminator

This cooling tower drift eliminator is produced by 100% raw material, this drift eliminators is the cellular type. The eliminators incorporate three changes in air direction to assure removal of entrained moisture from the discharge airstream. The maximum drift rate does not exceed 0.0005% of the recirculated water rate.

Cooling Tower Water Distribution System

TJLATINO use the non-clog cooling tower nozzle for this SMWA cooling towers, it can provide even and constant water distribution, and best performing non-corrosive, maintenace-free water distribution system.

Cooling Tower Coil

Elliptical return bends allows for more circuits per coil bunble increasing the max. catacity per footprint;

Coil located in airstream increasing ambient dry bulb switchover temperature;
