Product Introduction
SMCC Closed Cooling Tower
The refrigerant air discharge from the compressor into the SMCC closed circuit cooling tower. Water from the condenser's sump cirsulates over the condenser coil, while the ambient air is simultaneously drawn into the cooling tower. As the ambient aire moves up through the condenser coil, a portion of the spray evaporates into the aire steam. The evaporative process cools the spraying water, which in turn cools the tubess containering the refrigerant gas. The cool tube walls cause the refrigerant air to give up the heat and condense into the flowing water. The condensed water flows our of the coil to the high-pressure water received for return to the system. The hoe, saturated discharge air is drawn through the cooling tower drift eliminator and discharged into the atmosphere. The water which was not evaporated falls into the sump and recirculates to the water distribution system above the condensing coil.
Description
All of our cooling towers can been operated by two method, dry mode and evaporative mode based on the site request.
The standard configuration includes hot-dip galvanized patented elliptical steel coils,Z-700(G235) panels, aviation-grade aluminum alloy fan.
Optional features include super low sound fans, stainless steel coils, fins coils, stainless steel panels and structural components, and maintenance platforms, etc.
Suitable for applications such as large commercial building scenter air-conditions system, industrial process water cooling, and data-center refrigeration, etc.

High-efficiency Elliptical Coil
Provides SS304 elliptical coils, 316L stainless steel elliptical coils, and copper round tubes with better corrosion resistance capabilities.
High Efficiency Eliminators
High-efficiency eliminators is the standard component of the evaporative cooling tower, suitable for SMCT, SMEC, and SMCC, etc. It can ensure water circulation usage rate of up to 99.999% .


Motor
Motor with an embedded magnet structure, which has a certain saliency characteristic.
Fan
Provides an optional super low-sound fan for all induced draft units.
