Products Description
An open cooling tower, also known as an open-circuit or open-loop cooling tower, is a heat exchanger that directly uses the atmosphere to cool water by exposing the process water to ambient air, primarily through the process of evaporation. Hot water is sprayed over a heat transfer surface, or fill, allowing a small portion to evaporate, which in turn cools the remaining water before it collects in a basin and is recirculated to the heat source.
The SMCT cooling tower can provide the highest cooling in the most compact footprint in the industry, lowering the total amount of space required. This cooling tower is an ideal solution for applications where space is at a premium.
Working principle

- Galv. steel or stainless steel frame, which can meet with seismic and wind requirements for the GB/T 7190.3-2019 international standard;
- Low HP Axial Fan, which is quiet operation, high effiency and corrosion resistant;
- Premium efficient/VFD duty-ready motor;
- Water distribution system, tool free for removal;
- PVC or PP material fill, which can guarantee thermal performance;
- New air inlet louver, its function is less sunlight and debris enter into the water basin, deters algae growth and reduce cleaning during cooling tower operation.
- Motor accesss door, inward sliding door permanently attahed to the cooling tower, access to the motor and water distribution system.

But this part of charge is a bigger part of the cooling tower project, so we designed the modular type cooling tower which can suitable for container shipment, in this case, the enduser just need to assembly the cooling tower by bolts easily.
