It achieves industrial and civilian water circulation cooling through the principle of heat exchange between water and air. With advantages such as corrosion resistance, small floor space, and flexible modularization, it is widely used in various scenarios that require circulating cooling and is one of the core devices in modern cooling systems. Core functional components:
- Fan: Utilizes a dedicated aluminum alloy fan. The tower crane is matched appropriately, featuring high air volume, low noise, and high efficiency. It operates smoothly and does not slip when wet. It is equipped with a special energy-saving and efficient motor and reducer for the cooling tower. It operates smoothly, has low noise, low temperature rise, and a long lifespan. Some models can be configured with a variable frequency control system, which automatically adjusts according to the load, further achieving energy savings and consumption reduction.
- Fillers: The new type of highly efficient modified fillers are selected, which possess excellent temperature resistance and hydrophilicity. The structure has been specially designed to ensure both uniform water redistribution and the formation of a high-quality water film. It also reduces wind resistance, guarantees smooth air flow, and has a good water collection function, significantly enhancing the heat dissipation effect. The common materials are PVC or PP, which are not prone to scaling and have excellent anti-aging properties.
- Water distribution system: Utilizes rotary, tubular or trough-type water distributors, combined with durable and anti-clogging nozzles. The hot water is evenly sprayed onto the packing layer to prevent concentrated water flow or uneven spraying, ensuring thorough heat exchange. The water distribution pipelines are made of corrosion-resistant materials, and some large equipment is equipped with a balance water tank to stabilize water pressure.
- Supporting and water collection components: The steel supports are made using advanced galvanization anti-corrosion technology, which is both sturdy and highly resistant to corrosion. The water collector is installed below the exhaust outlet and is made of FRP or PVC materials. It has high water collection efficiency, effectively reducing water droplet dispersion loss, and minimizing water resource waste and the occurrence of water accumulation and icing in the surrounding environment.
