- Selection criteria:

When choosing, it is necessary to clearly specify the circulation water volume, inlet water temperature, outlet water temperature and design wet-bulb temperature. The model should be determined based on the thermal performance curve; in areas where the average minimum temperature in the coldest month is lower than -10℃, it is necessary to specify this when placing an order so that anti-freezing measures can be taken; if the circulating water contains oil and mechanical impurities, measures to eliminate algae and stabilize the water quality should be taken in advance.

- Operation Note:

When starting the cooling tower, the water pump must be turned on first, followed by the fan. It is not allowed to start the fan without water spraying. For cooling towers with a capacity of 150T or more, the fan blade angles must be adjusted to be consistent to ensure that the current does not exceed the rated current of the motor. In areas with severe icing, a reversible magnetic starter should be installed. The ice can be removed by reversing the fan for a short period of time. The water pressure of the inlet pipe should not be too high to avoid excessive flow causing water leakage.

- Maintenance and Care:

Regularly clean the packing to prevent the accumulation of dirt and algae, ensuring the efficiency of heat exchange; regularly inspect the fans, motors and reducers, lubricate and adjust them in time to ensure normal operation; monitor the circulating water quality, discharge and replenish water regularly, and add chemical agents when necessary to prevent scaling, corrosion and microbial growth; regularly inspect the sealing parts of the tower body to avoid water leakage.
