The packing is the most crucial part of a cooling tower. Its efficiency depends on the extent to which the cooling water and air come into full contact within the packing. The packing materials of our company can withstand temperatures ranging from -20℃ to 50℃, are resistant to aging, have excellent performance, are UV-resistant and have a long service life. Its advantages are as follows:
(1)It has excellent heat exchange performance and high cooling efficiency. The packing is of film type, and the raised fine corrugations make the water contact surface larger. The fillers are placed in layers, and there is a redistribution process of hot water between each layer.
(2) Good hydrophilicity and low ventilation resistance: The packing with a rough surface has better hydrophilicity than that with a smooth flat surface. Its water absorption rate is less than 0.015%, allowing more water to form a film without splashing, enabling more thorough contact between water and air. At the same time, it causes greater surface disturbance when water and air flow. After the packing is assembled, the air inlet surface is a honeycomb-shaped deflector, which has a good uniform air distribution effect, enhances and stabilizes the heat exchange intensity between water and air, effectively reduces the drift loss, and keeps the drift loss within one part 200,000.
(3) The core material of the cooling tower is made of high-quality PVC polyethylene sheets through vacuum forming. It has the advantages of a large heat dissipation area growth coefficient, good water flow distribution performance on the plate surface, and significant disturbance when water and air flow over the plate surface. The packing material is not prone to deformation, resistant to high temperatures, anti-aging, has good flame retardancy and a small wind resistance coefficient. The innermost layer of water film is high-enthalpy moist air with a humidity of 100%. Water molecules run from the high-enthalpy area to the low-enthalpy fresh air entering the tower. The enthalpy value of the air leaving the tower increases. As the concentration of water molecules decreases, the water molecules in the circulating hot water continuously evaporate, changing from liquid to gas. Thus, the latent heat of steam is carried away.
According to the above principle, the quality of the packing is the key to the refrigeration effect. The Terrine packing meets the requirements of the fourth-generation packing internationally: large deflection/three-dimensional deformation/accurate positioning. Low static pressure loss and low air flow resistance; The water flow time is long. The contact area is large and the area growth coefficient is high. The water and air are evenly distributed (the air inlet is equipped with a honeycomb-shaped air distribution device, which prevents the tower from having uneven air distribution due to uneven plate spacing. The evenly distributed air load effectively utilizes the area of the tower's heat dissipation packing; no deformation; no breakage; good water permeability; high strength; low noise; low drift; long service life;) It does not grow moss. Due to the three-dimensional characteristics of the honeycomb-shaped air inlet, most of the sunlight cannot penetrate the surface of the tower packing, so it is difficult for moss to grow on the surface of the packing. The service life of the packing can reach more than eight years.
